Make your reservation for a guided trail ride in the Mackinaw State Forest. Our amazing horses, superior staff and northern Michigan beauty provide an outstanding experience. This is horseback riding at its finest!
We provide guided horseback riding, amazing horse riding summer camps and fun lessons. We can accommodate up to 12 riders per group. Lead line or "wrangle rides" available for 6-8 year olds.
Horseback riding, horse riding summer camps and special events are available.
The one hour ride is approximately 3 miles on a wooded sandy trail that is comfortable and shady for families and kids. You can book more adventurous horseback riding by doing the 1.5 or 2 hour ride.
The hour and a half ride is roughly 5 miles and allows riders the opportunity to see more of the woods and choose to trot and change to a hillier terrain.
The 2 hour ride is 5.0 miles and allows you the opportunity to trot and canter if everyone in your party is willing. This may also include trail that is less groomed and with more hills.

Young rider campers welcome 5 - 7 years old
Your group of 8 or more, youth groups, girl scouts, boy scouts, etc., can customize an outing to meet your unique needs.
